About point program/review submission

Accumulation of points

  • You will receive points equivalent to 5% of the total amount (excluding tax) of your purchase.
  • Points will be awarded once all items in your order have been shipped.
  • When you register an account, you will receive 500 yen worth of points .
  • If you post a review for a product you purchased, you will receive 300 yen worth of points after your review is approved .

Points to note regarding point allocation

  • 1 point is worth 1 yen and you can issue discount coupons of any amount you like to use when shopping.
  • Points can be used for 365 days.
  • If you have used points via multiple email addresses, you will not be able to combine the accumulated points into one.

Using points

  • You can check and use your current points from the "Points/Review Management" menu that appears after logging in to your My Page.
  • Enter the number of points you wish to use and select "Exchange points for coupons" to issue a coupon. (1 point = 1 yen)
    • After issuing the coupon, select "Apply" on the coupon screen and make a purchase, and the discount will be applied at checkout.
    • With an item in your cart, open the coupon screen and select "Apply" to proceed to the checkout screen where the discount will be applied.
    • Please note down the issued coupon code and enter it in the coupon code field when checking out to apply the discount.

Points to note when using points

  • Coupons cannot be applied to shipping charges.
  • Multiple coupons cannot be used together.
  • Once a coupon has been issued, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you use a discount coupon for an amount greater than the discounted amount, the amount that was not applied will be lost.

New registration benefits

  • When you register as a new member for the first time, we will give you 500 yen worth of points as a bonus.

About posting reviews

  • You can post and check reviews from the "Points/Review Management" menu that appears after logging in to your My Page.
  • You can post reviews about products you have purchased in the past.
  • Select a product, choose a star rating out of 5, enter a display name (handle name, nickname, etc.), title, and body of the comment, and then submit.
  • Once you submit your review and the shop has been verified, you will receive 300 yen worth of points as a bonus.
  • If the review is bad or unrelated to the product, no points will be awarded.
  • You can check the contents of reviews you have posted in the past.
