Argan oil returned to Morocco.
Over 70% of argan oil is exploited by European companies. Your choice of bottle will help protect the forests and people of Morocco.
The Truth About Argan Oil
-
Approximately 70% of the world's argan oil is controlled by European companies
Much of the argan oil produced in Morocco is exported to Europe in its crude form, with little profit being returned to the local market.
-
Raw materials come from Morocco, but profits go overseas
Major European companies buy it cheaply, refine it, bottle it, and brand it.
A large portion of the profits that should go back to Morocco are flowing out of the country. -
Both the forests and the workers are exhausted
Argan forests are shrinking due to logging and over-harvesting, and workers involved in harvesting remain underpaid.
The region's sustainable future is now at risk.
Nectarome realizes complete production in Morocco
Nectarome's argan oil is produced entirely in its own factory in Morocco, from raw material selection to extraction, manufacturing, and packaging, establishing a "Moroccan-complete model" that circulates profits locally.
What's the difference? Nectarome's Argan Oil
QUALITY
The highest quality level
There are eight quality levels for argan oil. Nectarome uses the highest quality oil.
Organic Certificates
Certified Organic
It has been certified by the Organic Cosmos certification from Ecocert, an international organic certification that is said to be one of the most difficult in the world. It has also been certified by the USDA organic certification from the United States Department of Agriculture.
LIGHT-BLOCKING BOTTLES
Uses light-shielding bottles to prevent oxidation
The order of glass color and light blocking ability is black > white > brown > green > blue > transparent . Black has the highest light blocking ability and is considered to be the most difficult to manufacture. Using light-blocking bottles prevents the oil from oxidizing and deteriorating, and maintains its quality for a long period of time.
ISO22716 Certified
Meets international safety standards
Manufactured in an ISO22176 certified factory. The Cosmetic GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), an international standard for the manufacturing and quality control of cosmetics, is a guideline that stipulates operational rules for the production, management, storage and shipping of cosmetics, and all parties involved in cosmetics manufacturing, from raw material manufacturers, distributors and importers/exporters, are subject to and responsible for these guidelines.
COLD-PRESSED AND UNRIFINED OIL
Cold-pressed and unrefined oil production
The oil is extracted using a machine developed in-house. The cold press method (low-temperature compression method) is a method of extracting oil without applying heat, which prevents the oil from changing in quality due to heat and allows the beauty ingredients to be utilized as they are. Another feature is that it is less likely to deteriorate.
During the oil manufacturing process, no bleaching, deodorization, refining or filtering is performed, leaving the oil's original beauty ingredients intact.

The founder is a doctor of herbal medicine.

What is Argan Oil?
A rare, versatile oil known as "Moroccan gold"
Argan trees, which grow only in the southwest of Morocco, are registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The fruit of argan trees, which have a strong vitality and do not wither even in arid regions, produces argan oil, which has high moisturizing and water-retaining properties. Argan oil contains a lot of vitamin E. It is also very rich in polyphenols (antioxidants) and essential fatty acids such as oleic acid and linoleic acid.
Measures against dullness, age spots, and freckles
Rich in Vitamin E, which inhibits melanin production
Aging, oxidation of the skin, and exposure to ultraviolet rays cause melanocytes in the stratum corneum to produce melanin. Melanin causes pigmentation, which can lead to dullness, age spots, and freckles. Oxidized skin loses moisture, and dryness makes fine lines and nasolabial folds more noticeable.
The ability to restore the original skin
The benefit of argan oil beauty is that the more you use it, the firmer and more lustrous your skin will become, and the softer and more moisturized it will become. Cosmetic oils are characterized by their ability to blend naturally with and penetrate the skin like human sebum. They can also be used on the entire body, from the scalp to the tips of the fingernails, not just the face. The oil does not evaporate easily, so it protects moisturized skin for a long time.
Oil that the skin absorbs
Nectarome oil spreads easily even in small amounts, has a non-sticky, silky texture, and is absorbed quickly into the skin, as if the skin is drinking the oil. By using it throughout the year , your skin condition will be stable and you will always maintain moisture, luster, and firmness.
Choose unrefined oils
Refined oils are mainstream in the Japanese cosmetics industry, but unrefined oils are mainstream in the Arab countries and Europe, the birthplaces of oil beauty. This is because unrefined oils are more nutritious and retain their beauty ingredients without destroying them. Unrefined oils have a unique scent and are not colorless and transparent, but the scent disappears quickly. Whenever possible, choose "unrefined oils" that have the greatest beauty effects.

What is the sediment at the bottom of the oil?
Argan oil may become cloudy or harden when the temperature drops. This is due to the characteristics of argan oil and does not affect its quality.
The main reasons why argan oil becomes cloudy or hardened are as follows:
- High purity oils tend to solidify when temperatures drop below 5-10°C.
- Unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid and oleic acid) solidify at low temperatures, and some of them remain as floating matter or sediment.
If it hardens or becomes cloudy, return it to room temperature or place it in a hot water bath to return it to its original state.
Store argan oil in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Although it is resistant to oxidation, it is not completely immune to the effects of light and heat, so proper storage is important.
Beware of fake argan oil!
Unfortunately, there is a lot of fake argan oil being sold around the world. Using poor quality products can have a negative effect on your skin. For the sake of your skin, be sure to use genuine products.
