<Delivery date and time>
For your first order, we will ship your order within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
During campaigns or when stock is low, items may be shipped after they are restocked. In such cases, we will contact you by email.


<Shipping and handling charges>
Available only in Japan .
Shipping for regular deliveries is free . Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport .

If you are unable to use up the product, or for any other reason, you can skip your delivery at any time from your My Page*. However, you cannot skip for two consecutive months . In addition, you can only apply to skip your delivery up to five days before the next delivery date .

You can change the delivery date up to 5 days after the next scheduled delivery date .
Changes can be made up to 5 days before the next delivery date .

You can change your delivery address up until 5 days before your next delivery date .


<Changes in product quantity>
You can change the quantity of the same product.
Changes can be made up to 5 days before the next delivery date .


<Product changes>
Exchanges are only allowed for products of the same type.

<About the duration>
We do not impose a minimum continuation period as we want as many people as possible to use our products, however, we do recommend using the product for at least three times in order to see the beauty effects.


<Cancellation (termination)>
You can cancel at any time from My Page*.
However, cancellations can only be made up to 5 days before the next delivery date .
There are no cancellation fees, so please feel free to use our service.

*Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will not be able to use regular delivery of the same product for one year from the date of cancellation.
