Q. Are your products organic?

A. All of our skin care products are organic. The argan oil, prickly pear oil, etc. that we handle have obtained the world's strictest organic certification , ECOCERT, and the United States' USDA organic certification. In addition to Ecocert certification, Nablustoap has obtained "HALAL" certification .

 

Q. Do you conduct any animal experiments?

A. We do not handle any materials, including those that have been tested on animals. There are no plans to handle this in the future.

 

Q. Does it have any beauty effects?

A. We recommend slow skin care. Natural products do not have immediate skin care effects, but the longer you use them, the more your skin will regain its original strength and return to its natural state. On average, you will see changes in your skin within 2 to 4 months. We look forward to working with you for as long as possible.

 

Q. Please tell me how to store soap.

A. Natural soap is sensitive to humidity and high temperatures, and melts easily.
Unlike petroleum-based synthetic surfactants, natural soaps do not contain additives, so they must be stored and used hygienically. For storage methods, please see " Storage Methods ".

Q. Is there an expiration date?

A. Generally, the standard is 3 years from the date of manufacture. (Soap does not have an expiration date)
Regardless of the expiry date, we recommend that you use the opened product within six months. Face care oil can also be used for the body, and both body and face care oils can be used for the body. Old oil can also be used on leather products.

Q. Why is there no expiration date listed?

A. According to Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Act, there is no need to display an expiration date on cosmetics, except for cosmetics that deteriorate within three years of manufacture. We recommend that you avoid places with high temperatures, high humidity, or large temperature changes, and store it in a place that is not exposed to sunlight.

Q. Why do some products contain alcohol?

A. A small amount of alcohol is added to some products to extend their shelf life. These include "Rose Water" and "Orange Blossom Water". The reason is that if left as is, it will deteriorate within six months, making it impossible to deliver fresh products to customers, and instead having a negative effect on the skin. Therefore, we blend a small amount of alcohol. We have also conducted patch tests on various skin types, so you can rest assured that there will be no effect on your skin. (However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, please test it on the back of your hand before use.)


Q. I haven't received the email...

A. Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from " @yourorganics.jp ". Please check your junk folder as it may have been sorted into your junk folder.

 

Q. I haven't received my product...

A. Products are usually shipped by Yamato Transport within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and customers will receive a shipping completion email . The "package tracking number" is included in the shipping completion email , so please try to track your package.

Q. My product is damaged, can I have it replaced?

A. If the product is damaged, please contact us using the inquiry form as it will be eligible for a return or exchange. We will replace it with a new one. Please note that if you use the contents, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Q. I would like to order it as a gift, can you wrap it for me?

A. Wrapping is possible.
When ordering in the shopping cart, please check ``Use gift service'' and select ``Request (paid)'' in the ``Wrapping'' section. We will wrap it for you.

 

Q. Can I order in bulk?

A. Yes, it is possible.
As long as we have it in stock, we can arrange it immediately, so please use it for wedding gifts, year-end gifts, mid-year gifts, etc.

 

Q. Can I return the product?

A.We accept returns only if the product is unused .
If the return is due to customer circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Q. It didn't suit my skin.

A. If you feel that it does not suit your skin, please stop using it immediately. If you notice any abnormalities in your skin or eyes, please consult a specialist immediately.
