If you purchase prickly pear oil from YOUR ORGANICS for the first time and experience skin abnormalities such as itching, swelling, or excessive redness, we will provide a full refund of the product price within 30 days of the order date, provided that at least two-thirds of the oil remains.

Notes about the full money back guarantee
- The refund guarantee applies if you report within 30 days of the product's shipping date. If you report beyond that date, the guarantee will not be valid.
- If more than two-thirds of the oil has been used, the product will no longer be eligible for coverage.
- If you experience any abnormalities on your skin, discontinue use immediately.
- A full refund is only available if the product does not suit your skin . Refunds due to reasons such as the product's effectiveness or fragrance are not available .
- If you purchase multiple items eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, only one item will be eligible for a refund.
- To avoid fraud, refunds will be made directly to your bank account, regardless of the payment method.
- Refund requests are only accepted via the " Contact Us" form . If you simply return the product, you will not receive a refund.
- Refunds are only available if monetary transactions have taken place. Points and coupons used are not included in the refund amount, and points used will not be returned.
