When will the item be shipped?
Products will be shipped within 2 business days . (However, pre-ordered items and crowdfunding items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.)
How will the item be shipped?
We use our contracted company , Yamato Transport (Takkyubin or Nekoposu) for shipping. For overseas shipping, we use DHL Express .
Can I return it?
If the product is new and unopened, you can return it. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use credit cards (VISA / Master Card / JCB / American Express / Diners Club), cash on delivery (Yamato Collect), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Kuroneko deferred payment.
