● Shipping Fees
Orders totaling 7,800 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders under 7,800 yen, a flat shipping fee of 800 yen (tax included) applies nationwide.

● Wholesale Prices
Depending on the quantity of each product, prices will be 50% to 60% of the retail price.

● Promotional Materials
We provide promotional materials such as panels and brochures.
Promotional materials can be ordered online.
*Please note that panels and other items may take time to produce.
*We cannot provide promotional materials to customers who do not have a product order history with us.
*The quantity may be adjusted by our company.

● Delivery
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of order receipt.
Out-of-stock items (取り寄せ from overseas factories) will be delivered within approximately 10 days to 2 weeks of order receipt.
Products for salons will be delivered within approximately 10 days to 2 weeks of order receipt.
(If an item is out of stock or delivery is delayed, we will bear the full shipping cost regardless of the amount.)

*However, please place your orders in advance, as factories will be closed for extended holidays during the New Year, Ramadan, and August. (Customers will be notified in advance)
Please note that if you place an order during a holiday period, delivery may take approximately one month.
