About the product
Are the products organic?
All of the skin care products we carry are organic. The argan oil, prickly pear oil, and other products we carry have been certified by ECOCERT, the most stringent organic certification in the world, and USDA, the US organic certification. Nabulus soap has been certified by ECOCERT as well as HALAL.
Do you conduct animal testing?
Our company does not handle any materials, including those that have been tested on animals, and we have no plans to do so in the future.
Does it have any beauty benefits?
We recommend slow skin care. Natural products do not have immediate skin care effects, but the longer you use them, the more your skin will regain its original strength and return to its natural state. On average, you will see changes in your skin in 2 to 4 months. We hope you will continue using our products for as long as possible.
How should I store my soap?
Natural soap is characterized by being sensitive to humidity and high temperatures and melting easily.
Unlike petroleum-based synthetic surfactants, natural soap does not contain any additives, so it must be stored hygienically to prevent the growth of bacteria. After use, be sure to store it in a well-ventilated place.
Is there an expiration date?
Generally, it is good for 3 years from the date of manufacture. (Soap does not have an expiration date.)
Regardless of the expiration date, we recommend using the opened product within six months. Face care oils can be used on the body, and body oils can be used on the face. Old oils can also be used on leather products. We recommend storing the product in a place that is not exposed to sunlight, away from high temperatures, high humidity, or large temperature changes.
There is no expiration date listed, why?
Under Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, there is no requirement to display an expiration date, except for cosmetics that deteriorate within three years after manufacture, so we do not list an expiration date.
If no expiration date is listed, we will use the manufacturing lot number (this is not the manufacturing date) or, if there is no lot number, we will determine the expiration date based on the delivery date.
Why do some products contain alcohol?
Trace amounts of alcohol are added to some products to extend their shelf life a little. These include rose water and orange blossom water. The reason is that if left in their original state, they will deteriorate within six months, and we would not be able to deliver fresh products to our customers, which would actually have a negative effect on the skin. For this reason, trace amounts of alcohol are blended into the products. Patch tests have been conducted on various skin types, and there is no effect on the skin at all, so please rest assured. (However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, please test it on the back of your hand before using it, just to be safe.)

My item hasn't arrived
Products are usually shipped by Yamato Transport within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and customers will receive a "shipping completion email" (excluding back-ordered and pre-ordered products).
The shipping completion email will include a tracking number, so please track your package.

I'd like to order as a gift, can you wrap it for me?
Gift wrapping is available.
When placing an order in the shopping cart, check "Use gift service" and select "Yes (fee required)" in the "Wrapping" section. We will wrap your gift for you.
Can I order in bulk?
As long as we have stock, we can arrange for immediate delivery, so please use them for wedding favors, year-end gifts, mid-year gifts, etc.
Can I return it?
Returns are only accepted if the item is unused.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
