How do I receive my payment?


Shopify Collabs payouts are automatically transferred in USD to the payment method registered on Collabs.

Payout Process

① Register Payment Information
Set up your payment method within your Collabs account. (Payments will not be made without this setting.)
Payment methods include PayPal or bank transfer.

② Sales Occur
When a purchase is made through your dedicated link or code, your commission is recorded.

③ Become Eligible for Payment
Payment is finalized after the return/cancellation period (30 days) ends.

④ Automatic Transfer
Payment is calculated in USD and sent via your chosen method. Therefore, differences may arise due to exchange rate fluctuations.

About Payment Dates

Payments are automatically made 30 days after the date of the sale.

Will I still receive a reward if I don't use the dedicated URL?


Yes, as long as the conditions are met, you will receive a commission for products on yourorganics.shop, even if they are not the default URLs.

Shopify Collabs determines commissions based on whether "tracking" is attached to the URL, not the URL format itself.

Cases where commission is paid

① The customer has visited at least once via the dedicated URL

(1) Example: Clicks on yourorganics.shop/ambassador_name

(2) Subsequently, views another product page

Any purchase on the site will be eligible for commission (because it's recorded by cookies)

② Product links generated in Collabs

Links created in the Collabs dashboard are
valid for any URL. → Commission is generated even for direct links to product pages.

Cases where commission is not paid

・Only pasting standard product URLs
・The user has never clicked on the dedicated link
・Purchases made on external sites such as Amazon

*Please always use a dedicated link or a link issued by Collabs.

If I receive orders from the same client, will I continue to be compensated?

Yes. If the same customer makes a repeat purchase, a commission of 10% of the sales will automatically be paid each time.

Do you have a discount code for ambassadors?


Yes, we do.

We provide our ambassadors with a dedicated discount code to make it easier for them to promote our products.

This allows your followers to purchase at a discounted price, which makes promotion easier.

Are there any restrictions on the number of posts or quotas?

No, not at all.

About the Registration Process

① Register for Shopify Collabs

② Create a Shopify account.



③ Enter your email address, name, and password, then click the "Create Shopify account" button.


④ Select the brand(s) you would like to promote and click the "Next" button.



⑤ Select one of your social media accounts and click "Connect." (Select from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube)


⑥ Connect.



⑦ Click the "Send application" button.



⑧ "Application pending" will be displayed.

⑨ Verify your email address. Click the "Confirm email address" button in the email you received.



⑩ On the screen that appears, click the "Yes, this is my email address" button.


② Log in to Shopify Collabs (Check the dedicated URL and coupon code)
