About point program/review submission

Purchase Points

You will receive 5% of the subtotal (excluding tax) in points.
Points are awarded when all ordered items have been shipped.

First-Time User Bonus

First-time users who log in will receive 500 points.

Review Submission Bonus

After your product review is submitted and confirmed by the shop, you will receive 300 points.
You can submit reviews from "Points/Review Management" in My Page.

Points can be used as 1 point = 1 yen.

From "Point/Review Management" on My Page,
select "Convert Points to Coupon" to issue a coupon code.

Coupons can be used in the following ways:

・Shop by selecting "Apply" on the coupon screen.
・Copy the coupon code and enter it on the checkout screen.

① Enter your email address and log in.

② Click "Point/Review Management" in the menu.

 

③ Enter the number of points you want to convert to a coupon and click the green "Convert points to coupon" button.

 

④ "Points converted to coupon!" will be displayed, and your point balance will decrease.

 

⑤ The coupon code will be displayed in the "Your Coupons" section.

(1) If you click "Apply" and proceed with your shopping, the coupon amount will be automatically discounted.

(2) If you copy the coupon code and enter it during checkout, the coupon amount will be discounted.※

 

※When copying and using a coupon code

(1) On the checkout screen, click the "Add discount" button.

(2) Paste the copied coupon code and click the green "Apply" button.

(3) The discount will be applied. Click the "Pay now" button to complete your order.

 

Points are valid for 180 days.

・Coupons cannot be applied to shipping fees.
・Multiple coupons cannot be used simultaneously.
・Issued coupons cannot be cancelled.
・If a coupon with a value greater than the discountable amount is used, the point difference will be forfeited.
・Points from multiple email addresses cannot be combined later.
